Capitec Bank Ltd is looking for an experienced Business Banker to join their team in Rustenburg, North West.

Purpose Statement

We’re looking for a deal-closer, a relationship-builder, and a merchant services maestro to help businesses thrive through smart payment solutions.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have:

• At least2-3 years of proven experience in an external sales environment
• A natural hunter mindset and strong commercial acumen
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Resilience, confidence, and a passion for helping businesses succeed

Responsibilities

• Be the go-to expert for merchant services, guiding business clients through tailored payment solutions
• Drive new business acquisition with confidence and resilience
• Build and nurture strong relationships with SMEs, understanding their needs and delivering value

Qualifications

Minimum: Grade12 National Certificate / Vocational

Ideal: Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce or Marketing

Knowledge and Skills

The ideal candidate will have knowledge of:

• Commercial, economic, SME landscape
• Sales and sales optimisation techniques
• Commercial/business know-how

and skills in:

• Influencing
• Planning, organising, and coordination
• Communications
