Job Overview
The Gauteng Department of Human Settlements is seeking a suitable candidate for the position of Director – Beneficiary Relations Management.
Requirements
A Matric plus an undergraduate qualification (NQF level7) in Public Administration/Public Management, recognized by SAQA. A minimum of5 years’ relevant experience in Beneficiary Management at Middle/Senior Management level. Possession of a Pre-Entry Certificate for SMS and a valid driver’s license.
Duties
Manage and coordinate the implementation of the National Housing Needs Register (NHNR). Provide guidance and advice to municipalities and project managers on the beneficiary list. Manage and monitor the implementation of Beneficiary and Subsidy administration.
