Coordinator: Sales (MRF)

Are you an energetic, self-motivated individual passionate about service in the banking industry? Capitec Bank is looking for a dedicated Sales Coordinator to join our Rental Finance (CRF) Department in Umhlanga, KwaZulu-Natal.

About the Role

As a Coordinator: Sales (MRF), you will play a crucial role in supporting Capitec’s Rental Finance department. Your main goal will be to ensure consistent service delivery to our Suppliers and Business Partners by maintaining high standards in documentation, application submissions, and pay-out/discounting processes. You will also coordinate, process, scrutinise, and analyse incoming applications efficiently and accurately, meeting all agreed-upon turnaround times.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities)

• Support the Capitec Rental Finance (CRF) Department to deliver excellent service to Suppliers and Business Partners.
• Maintain high service standards related to documentation, application submissions, and pay-out/discounting.
• Coordinate and process incoming applications.
• Scrutinise and analyse applications in line with expected turnaround times and standards.

Who We’re Looking For (Requirements)

Experience

Minimum:

• 3 – 5 years of general Rental Finance experience, preferably in data processing, investigative, or vetting roles.

Ideal:

• 5+ years of general Rental Finance experience in data processing, investigative, or vetting roles.
• Accounting experience would be a significant advantage.

Qualifications

Minimum:

• Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational.

Ideal or Preferred:

• A relevant tertiary qualification in Accounting (Financial Accounting) or Marketing.

Knowledge

Minimum:

• A sound understanding of rental finance and related products.
• Understanding of Office Automation Technology environments.
• Basic understanding of Financial statements.
• Understanding of the legal requirements for business entities (general business knowledge).

Ideal:

• In-depth knowledge of financial statements.
• Banking knowledge, including an understanding of banking analysis and code of conduct.

Skills

• Excellent planning, organising, and coordination skills.
• Strong administration skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail.
• Proven problem-solving abilities.
• Effective decision-making skills.
