What Does It Cover?

- Role: You’ll be joining the Group Corporate and Shared Services Department, specifically the Group Human Capital Management Branch, as an Internship: Intake Officer.
Your primary function will be to provide effective and comprehensive administrative support and logistical services to the Employee Assistance Programme (EAP) unit, ensuring the efficiency of the business unit. You’ll gain valuable experience in coordinating administrative requirements, promoting EAP efficiency, and preparing qualitative and quantitative reports. Key competencies required include computer literacy (MS Office), strong communication, ability to work under pressure, organisational skills, confidentiality, teamwork, and professionalism, all while adhering to Batho Pele principles.
