About the Role

As a Supply Chain and Logistics Associate, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth flow of goods and services within our or our clients’ operations. You will support various aspects of the supply chain, from procurement and inventory management to logistics and distribution, contributing to overall operational efficiency and cost-effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in the planning and implementation of supply chain strategies.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate with suppliers to ensure timely delivery.
• Manage logistics processes, including transportation and warehousing.
• Track shipments and resolve any delivery issues or delays.
• Maintain accurate records of all supply chain activities and transactions.
• Analyse data to identify areas for improvement in supply chain operations.
• Collaborate with internal teams and external stakeholders to optimize processes.
• Prepare reports on supply chain performance and metrics.

Requirements

• A Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven interest or some experience in supply chain, logistics, or operations (internships count).
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Detail-oriented with strong organisational skills.
