Our client in Rondebosch, Cape Town is seeking an experienced HR Manager to lead their HR department. The ideal candidate will have3-5 years of experience in HR management, training and development, and industrial relations.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Full HR management and overseeing2 other HR staff members
• HR generalist duties, including total rewards, remuneration, and benefits
• Human resources and employee relations
• Organizational development and talent management
• Wellness and learning and development initiatives

Requirements

To be considered, you will need:

• HR Honours degree or relevant NQF6 qualification
• 3-5 years of relevant HR experience, preferably in a technology environment
• Global HR experience is an added advantage
