Who Can Apply?

  • You must be a national or have refugee status in one of these Southern African countries: South Africa, Namibia, Botswana, Zimbabwe, Zambia, Mozambique, Malawi, Angola, Lesotho, or Eswatini (Swaziland).
  • You need to be completing your LLB coursework no later than December 2027.

What Does It Cover?

This bursary is specifically for students studying an LLB degree at either the University of Fort Hare (UFH) or the University of the Western Cape (UWC). If selected, you could receive a generous R40,000 per year, for a maximum of two years! This amazing award is paid directly into your student account and can be used for:
