Our law firm client is looking for a Financial Administrator / Bookkeeper with finance bookkeeping experience of up to 3 years. You must have a car as you will be working from 2 different branches (Cape Town CBD and Bellville/Durbanville).
Requirements
Grade 12 with applicable qualifications like bookkeeping is an advantage. Preferably experience on Lexpro (Lexpro experience not essential, training will be given). Law Firm experience is a bonus but not a must (can be trained).
Essential requirements:
- 3+ years bookkeeping experience
- Excel experience essential
- 3+ years bank recons experience
- Debtors and Creditors experience
- Car and Driver’s License ESSENTIAL – A MUST
Responsibilities
Assist to get the books to trial balance, bookkeeping, recons and payment allocation, processing of financial data, assist with invoicing and quotes where needed, assist with Debtors and Creditors, capturing and processing payments, assist with SARS Submissions like VAT, PAYE, EMP’s and other.
Salary: R20,000 – R25,000 per month (depending on experience).
