Organizational Development Specialist
Job Overview
Our client is seeking an experienced Organizational Development (OD) Specialist to join their team in Parow, Western Cape. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, implementing, and evaluating initiatives that enhance organizational effectiveness, employee engagement, and leadership capability within the engineering environment.
Minimum Requirements
The ideal candidate should have a Bachelor’s Degree in Industrial/Organizational Psychology, Human Resources, or a related field, and a minimum of3-5 years’ experience in organizational development, change management, or a related HR role. A postgraduate qualification (Honours or Master’s) in Organizational Development, Psychology, or HR is advantageous.
Key Responsibilities
The OD Specialist will be responsible for assessing organizational needs, designing and delivering OD interventions, facilitating workshops and training sessions, and supporting succession planning and performance management initiatives. The successful candidate will also be required to collaborate with HR and department leaders to align OD strategies with business goals and develop strategies to improve employee engagement and retention.
