Learning and Development E-Learning Design

Our client, a leading food manufacturing company, is seeking a dynamic Learning and Development Specialist with strong e-learning design experience. The successful candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing innovative learning solutions to support employee growth and compliance across the organization.

Minimum Requirements:

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Education, Instructional Design, or a related field.5+ years’ experience in learning and development, with3+ years’ focus on e-learning design and delivery. Previous experience in a food manufacturing or FMCG environment is highly advantageous.

Proficiency in e-learning authoring tools (e.g., Articulate Storyline, Adobe Captivate, etc.) and Learning Management Systems (LMS). Solid understanding of instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles. Excellent project management, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, develop, and implement engaging e-learning modules and digital training content tailored to the needs of a food manufacturing environment. Conduct training needs analysis to identify skills gaps and learning objectives.

Collaborate with subject matter experts to ensure training content is accurate, relevant, and aligned with industry standards and regulatory requirements. Manage the Learning Management System (LMS), including uploading content, tracking participation, and generating reports.

Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through assessments, feedback, and performance metrics, and recommend improvements.
