A leading global private markets manager is seeking an experienced IT PMO (Controls) Manager to lead the design, implementation, and continuous evolution of AI-augmented PMO control framework.

Key Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Developing and maintaining a scalable AI-driven PMO control framework aligned with governance standards.
• Standardizing processes to ensure compliance with organizational policies and regulations.
• Leveraging predictive dashboards and analytics for real-time project monitoring.
• Automating governance workflows to improve efficiency and traceability.
• Providing advisory reporting on risk intelligence and audit readiness to senior executives.

Requirements

The ideal candidate should have:

• 5+ years of experience in enterprise PMO or project governance roles focused on control frameworks and compliance.
• Proven expertise in applying AI/ML techniques to enhance governance processes.
• Relevant certifications (e.g., PMP, PRINCE2) are preferred but not mandatory.

Location and Working Arrangements

This is a full-time role based in Cape Town, with relocation support available. A minimum of three days per week in-office presence is required, with some travel expected.
