Our client in Montague Gardens, Cape Town is seeking a Procurement Administrator with3-5 years of experience and a certificate in procurement or supply chain.
Minimum Requirements
A Certificate in Procurement or Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field is preferred.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of3 years of experience in procurement, with specific expertise in tenders, RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs.
Key responsibilities include:
- Overseeing the end-to-end tender process, including identifying opportunities, preparing submissions, and ensuring compliance with requirements.
- Drafting, distributing, and evaluating RFQs, RFIs, and RFPs to source goods and services.
- Collaborating with internal stakeholders to define procurement requirements and specifications.
- Maintaining accurate records of procurement activities, contracts, and vendor performance.
