Job Overview

Our client in Stellenbosch, Cape Winelands, is seeking an experienced HR Administrator to manage and support various HR-related processes. The successful candidate will have3 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role.

Responsibilities

The HR Administrator will be responsible for:

  • Employee Records and Data Management
  • Recruitment and Onboarding
  • Compliance and Legal Matters
  • Employee Relations and Communication
  • Administrative Support, including organizing HR events and generating HR reports.

Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Human Resource Management
  • 3 years of experience in an HR support or administrative role
  • Proficiency in HRIS systems and MS Office Suite
  • Strong knowledge of labour laws and HR best practices
  • Excellent organisational, communication, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information with discretion
