Who Can Apply?
Okay, so who’s eligible to snag one of these amazing spots? Broadband Infraco is looking for passionate, unemployed South African graduates and students. Here’s a breakdown of the requirements for each programme:
For the Work Integrated Learning Programme (WILP):
- You need to have completed your theoretical studies (S4 of a National Diploma or N6 National Certificate) in Electrical Engineering (Heavy Current / Light Current) or Computer Science.
- Crucially, you’ll need a letter from your university confirming that workplace exposure is required for you to complete your qualification.
- No prior working experience? No problem! This program is designed to give you that essential first step.
- There are 2 positions available in Bloemfontein for this programme.
For the Internship Opportunities:
- These are 12-month programmes designed for graduates.
- Compliance, Risk and Audit: Got a National Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Internal Auditing, or a BCom Informatics? There are 2 spots here (Internal Auditing x1, Business Process Management x1).
- Finance: If you have a National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Accounting/Finance, there’s 1 spot waiting for you.
- Supply Chain Management: Holding a National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Purchasing Management? There’s 1 opportunity here.
- Human Resources: For those with a National Diploma in Human Resources, a Bachelor’s Degree in HR, or Industrial Psychology, there’s 1 position available.
