Bursary Description

FEM is looking to appoint an HR Administrator to support and perform activities in the Human Capital Department by ensuring effective administration and coordination of HR processes throughout the employee’s employment life cycle. The successful applicant will be responsible for general HR administration, administering assessments as well as the administration of FEM’s bursary programme.

 

The position requires the incumbent to have knowledge of relevant HR Legislation (BCEA, LRA, EEA, SDL, OHSA), a strong work ethic, someone who can operate independently and work under pressure, has the ability to prioritise work and urgent matters while also building relationships.

 

The minimum requirements are a related degree or diploma with 3 years related experience.

Good functional literacy and an understanding of HR systems, processes and practices with proficiency in Microsoft Office, specifically Excel which are essential requirements for the position.

 

Furthermore, the successful applicant must be able to demonstrate experience in working in an HR environment, must have exceptional planning and organisational skills and a good performance track record. A clean record of conduct and good performance is another pre-requisite for this position. Exposure to regulatory reporting for Skills Development and Employment Equity reporting will be a distinct advantage.

 

We have offices regionally in Cape Town, Durban and Johannesburg.  This position will be in Rosebank, Johannesburg.  In exchange for the candidate’s successful services, FEM offers a competitive total cost to company remuneration with good benefits.
