An exciting Learnership opportunity is available for motivated individuals to join as an In-store Sales Consultant. This program is designed to provide valuable work experience and skills development within a supportive retail environment.

About the Learnership

This Learnership offers practical, hands-on experience in sales, focusing on helping customers and understanding retail operations. It’s a full-time program requiring daily attendance, aimed at developing your professional abilities. While primarily based in Cape Town, this could be part of a broader program with potential opportunities nationwide.

Who Should Apply?

This learnership is specifically for individuals who:

• Are living with a disability (please see the list of considered disabilities below).
• Are between 18 and 34 years old.
• Have completed Grade 10, Grade 11, or Grade 12.
• Have a clear credit record.
• Have NOT completed any prior related learnerships.
• Do NOT have an NQF Level 3 or NQF Level 4 qualification.
• Are available to start immediately.

Disabilities Considered for this Learnership:

• Developmental Disabilities: ADD, ADHD, Epilepsy.
• Physical Disabilities: Amputations, Club Foot, or any noticeable physical disability.

Key Responsibilities of an In-store Sales Consultant
