Who Can Apply?

This program is super selective, but if you fit the bill, it’s worth aiming for! Here’s what SAP is looking for in their next cohort of young professionals:

You must have the legal right to work in one of the following countries where opportunities are currently available: Ethiopia, Ghana, Kenya, Tanzania, or Uganda. (While Bursaries Room features many South African bursaries, this specific SAP program for 2025 currently targets these East African regions).
You should currently be unemployed, or working in a part-time/non-permanent role that doesn’t align with your career goals.
You need at least a Bachelor’s degree in a field like Business Administration, Management Information Systems (MIS), Engineering, Data Science, or Artificial Intelligence (AI).
Ideally, you graduated within the last three years and achieved a GPA in the top quartile (they might ask for proof!).
You must have a serious interest in starting an SAP-related career and be open to travel.
Excellent English communication skills (both written and spoken) are essential.
The program kicks off around mid-September 2025, so you’ll need to be fully available Monday to Friday, 9 am – 6 pm, for the entire two-month training period.
Important Note: This training is 100% online in a virtual live classroom. Make sure you have a reliable internet connection at home to participate fully!
