What You’ll Do:

As an IT Field Technician, you will be crucial in ensuring our clients’ IT infrastructure operates effectively. Your responsibilities will include:

• Installation & Configuration: Set up and configure hardware and software systems directly at client sites.
• Troubleshooting & Resolution: Quickly diagnose and resolve various technical issues to minimize downtime.
• Maintenance & Updates: Conduct routine maintenance and essential system updates to keep IT environments secure and efficient.
• User Support: Provide technical support and training to end-users, helping them utilize their IT tools effectively.
• On-Site Travel: Travel frequently to different client locations as required within the Cape Town and Port Elizabeth regions.
• Documentation: Maintain accurate records of all work performed and manage IT inventory efficiently.
• Adherence to Policies: Always uphold company policies, demonstrating honesty and integrity in all tasks.
