Relationship Banker

Capitec Bank Ltd is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Relationship Banker to join their team in Sandton.

Purpose Statement

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing clients on a many-to-many basis, providing excellent client service to retain and optimise client value, and attracting new clients to ensure future growth.

Experience

The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years’ experience in a Business Banking environment, with knowledge of sales, features, benefits, and value propositions of products and services.

Qualifications

A Grade 12 National Certificate or Vocational Certificate is required, with a Diploma in Accounting or Business Management being an advantage.

Skills and Knowledge

The successful candidate will have excellent communication, administration, and interpersonal skills, as well as knowledge of business banking practices, credit principles, and financial regulations.
