Your Role & Responsibilities

As a Furniture Sales Consultant, you will be the face of our showroom, providing exceptional service and expert advice to a diverse range of clients, including individual customers, decorators, designers, developers, and architects. Your key responsibilities will include:

• Consistently meeting and exceeding sales targets.
• Ensuring high customer satisfaction through excellent sales and after-sales support.
• Guiding clients with valuable advice on our furniture products, fabrics, and accessories, always aiming to understand and fulfill their specific needs.
• Maximising sales opportunities by proactively following up with existing customers.
• Serving as the main contact for all customer inquiries, stock checks, and efficient product tracking through to delivery.
• Handling sales-related administrative tasks accurately.
• Assisting in maintaining a clean, attractive, and welcoming showroom environment.

What We’re Looking For

To succeed in this role, you should possess a blend of sales acumen, customer service excellence, and a positive attitude:

• Education: Minimum Matric qualification.
• Experience: At least 2 years of retail experience.
• Skills:
  • Strong retail and sales skills.
  • Proficiency in computer literacy, especially Microsoft Office.
  • A background in a customer-facing sales, administration, or retail role will be a distinct advantage.
  • Excellent communication and networking abilities.
• Personal Attributes:
  • A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive approach to work.
  • A strong sense of responsibility and accountability for your tasks.
