Job Overview
We are looking for a professional and excellent Furniture Sales Consultant to provide a great service and experience to our clients in our Cape Town showroom.
Responsibilities
As a Furniture Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:
- Achieving sales targets consistently
- Providing excellent sales and after-sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Assisting clients with product advice, identifying and meeting their needs
- Maximising sales opportunities by following up with existing customers
- Acting as a single point of contact for customer queries and stock enquiries
- Managing sales-related administration
- Maintaining a neat and tidy showroom
Requirements
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Matric qualification
- Minimum 2 years’ retail experience
- Good retail skills and computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
- Previous customer-facing experience in sales, admin, or retail
- A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
- Excellent communication and networking skills
- Ability to take responsibility for your work
