Job Overview

We are looking for a professional and excellent Furniture Sales Consultant to provide a great service and experience to our clients in our Cape Town showroom.

Responsibilities

As a Furniture Sales Consultant, you will be responsible for:

• Achieving sales targets consistently
• Providing excellent sales and after-sales service to ensure high customer satisfaction
• Assisting clients with product advice, identifying and meeting their needs
• Maximising sales opportunities by following up with existing customers
• Acting as a single point of contact for customer queries and stock enquiries
• Managing sales-related administration
• Maintaining a neat and tidy showroom

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

• Matric qualification
• Minimum 2 years’ retail experience
• Good retail skills and computer literacy (Microsoft Office)
• Previous customer-facing experience in sales, admin, or retail
• A positive, enthusiastic, and proactive attitude
• Excellent communication and networking skills
• Ability to take responsibility for your work
