Who Can Apply?
This prestigious fellowship is looking for innovative African startups that meet the following criteria:

Location: Your startup must be based in Africa.

Stage: You need a working Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and a clear potential to scale. Applicants should show early user feedback or commercial validation (like pilots, Letters of Intent, or revenue).

Team:
- You can apply with up to one Co-Founder.
- The applicant must be the CEO or hold primary decision-making power.
- You and your co-founder must be fluent in English, as all program activities will be conducted in English.
- You must be at least 21 years of age by the start of the program.

Program Engagement: If selected, you (and your co-founder if applicable) must commit to participating in all residencies, program activities, and both in-person and virtual sessions.

Impact: Your venture should contribute towards one or more of the UN’s 17 Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs).
Solutions addressing climate adaptation and resilience and food security are highly encouraged, including (but not limited to):
- Climate-smart agriculture and food systems
- Renewable and resilient energy systems and storage
- Adaptive infrastructure and green building technologies
- Climate intelligence and early-warning systems
- WaterTech (for water security, resilient water systems, etc.)
- Blue economy and coastal resilience

- Late December, 2025: Finalists will be invited to a virtual pitch session.
- Mid-Late January, 2026: Selected founders will be officially notified.
- March 25th, 2026: The Virtual Program Kickoff begins!
- April 17th – April 24th, 2026: Residency Week #1 in Accra, Ghana.
- May 5th, 2026: Virtual Meeting #2.
- May 20th, 2026: Virtual Meeting #3.
- June 10th, 2026: Virtual Meeting #4.
- July 9th, 2026: Virtual Meeting #5.
- July 24th – July 31st, 2026: Residency Week #2 in Nairobi, Kenya.
