Partnership Manager – Home Improvement Financing
Capitec Bank Ltd is seeking an experienced Partnership Manager to drive business growth and enhance home improvement lending solutions in Stellenbosch.
Purpose Statement
The successful candidate will build and strengthen strategic partnerships with external home improvement stakeholders to drive business growth and enhance home improvement lending solutions.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- 3-5 years of sales experience in home improvement and/or point of sale lending
- 3-5 years of experience in partnership and stakeholder management
- 1-2 years of client service experience in a retail, financial services, or banking environment
- 1-2 years of operational management experience within retail, financial services, or banking
Qualifications
A Bachelor’s Degree in Commerce is required, with an Honours Degree in Commerce being preferred.
Skills and Knowledge
The successful candidate will have knowledge of embedded or point-of-sale finance solutions, customer service principles, and industry trends. Key skills include communications, decision-making, influencing, planning, and presentation.
