Business Analyst – Operational Delivery
Capitec Bank is looking for an energetic and self-motivated Business Analyst to join their team in Bellville. This role is crucial for developing and designing solutions that ensure the effectiveness of operational processes and drive continuous improvement.
About the Role
As a Business Analyst for Operational Delivery, you will collaborate with stakeholders from business, Technology, and Product teams. Your main goal will be to develop and design solutions that enhance existing applications and business processes. This includes providing end-to-end support for operational processes, facilitating change management, and offering post-production support within the operational environment.
Minimum Education Required
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Analysis.
Ideal Education
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Industrial Engineering.
Knowledge & Experience
Minimum Requirements:
- 2 – 4 years of working experience in various business analysis knowledge areas, managing small assignments independently or larger ones under supervision.
- Internal: Completion of BA School of Learning Level 2.
- Solid understanding of business and data analysis principles.
- Ability to understand business processes and translate requirements into clear business processes, context diagrams, and visual explanations.
- Experience in functional and business process design.
- Strong communication skills to bridge information between business and technical environments.
- Proven ability to design evidence-based best practice solutions.
- Experience with stakeholder engagement and collaboration.
- Understanding of Project Management principles and relevant development lifecycle experience.
- Knowledge of Agile development lifecycle principles and practical experience.
- Understanding of systems and the Systems Development Life Cycle (SDLC).
Ideal Experience:
- Knowledge of the Banking Industry.
- Familiarity with Amazon Connect.
- Experience using PowerBI.
- Proficiency with Visio / Draw I.O.
- Experience with Salesforce.
