Business Analyst – Operational Delivery

Capitec Bank Ltd is seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join their Operational Delivery team in Bellville, South Africa.

Purpose Statement

The successful candidate will develop and design solutions to ensure effective implementation and continuous improvement of business and/or existing applications solutions by collaborating with stakeholders from the business, Technology, and Product teams.

Education (Minimum)

A relevant tertiary qualification in Business Analysis is required.

Education (Ideal or Preferred)

A relevant tertiary qualification in Engineering – Industrial is preferred.

Knowledge and Experience

The ideal candidate will have 2-4 years of working experience in various business analysis knowledge areas, with a strong understanding of business process and data analysis, as well as project management principles and Agile development lifecycle experience.

Skills

The successful candidate will possess excellent analytical, problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal skills.
