

Measurement Marketing Manager
Capitec Bank Ltd is seeking a data-driven Measurement Marketing Manager to architect and implement robust measurement frameworks, processes, and technology solutions to track, analyse, and optimise marketing effectiveness across Business and Retail Banking.
Purpose Statement
The successful candidate will be responsible for conversion tracking, attribution modelling, and marketing ROI optimisation, ensuring data-led marketing strategies drive business growth and client impact.
Education (Minimum)
- A relevant degree in Digital Marketing or Marketing
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Knowledge and Experience
- 7+ years of experience in digital marketing, marketing measurement, analytics, or growth marketing
- Strong expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager, AppsFlyer, or similar platforms.
- Proficiency in BI tools like Tableau, Power BI, Looker, or equivalent.
- Experience with customer data platforms (CDPs) and marketing automation tools (Salesforce Marketing Cloud, HubSpot, etc.).
