About the Role
As a Salesforce Development – Configuration Analyst, you will be responsible for both configuring the Salesforce platform to meet business requirements and developing custom solutions. This involves using Salesforce’s unique programming languages: APEX for back-end operations and Lightning Web Components (LWC) for front-end development. You’ll play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and performance of Salesforce applications and participate in the entire software development lifecycle, from testing to deployment.
What You’ll Need (Minimum Requirements)
Education
- Grade 12 National Certificate / Vocational
Knowledge and Experience
- At least 3-5 years of experience in Salesforce development and configuration.
- Proficiency in both front-end (LWC) and back-end (APEX) development on the Salesforce platform.
- Must have a Salesforce Administrator certification.
- Must have a Salesforce Platform Developer 1 certification.
- Ability to collaborate with team members to understand project requirements and deliver solutions.
- Commitment to ensuring the quality and performance of Salesforce applications.
- Experience participating in the full software development lifecycle, including testing and deployment.
