Manager: Growth Marketing

Capitec Bank Ltd is seeking an experienced Manager: Growth Marketing to lead a team of Platform Specialists and drive digital performance marketing excellence.

Purpose Statement

The successful candidate will be responsible for balancing tactical/strategic oversight and hands-on implementation, ensuring that campaign execution aligns with overarching business objectives and delivers measurable outcomes.

Experience

• 7+ years of experience in performance marketing
• Experience in managing teams and aligning multiple stakeholders toward a common goal
• Proficient in GA4, bid management tools, A/B testing frameworks, and audience-building
• Experience working with a robust digital tech stack, including media buying, app attribution, GMP, analytics (GA4/Adobe), Meta etc.
• Understanding of the SEO landscape and tools is a plus

Qualifications

• A relevant degree in Marketing or Digital Marketing
• Certification in Media is an advantage

Knowledge and Skills

• Deep understanding of all paid media platforms – PPC, social, programmatic, retail media platforms
• Advanced ability to interpret data, translate insights into strategy, and drive optimisation
• Expertise in Google Analytics (GA4), Google Tag Manager (GTM), Looker Studio, and other reporting tools
• Strong communications, interpersonal, leadership, management, presentation, and problem-solving skills
