Account Analyst (Sandton)
Capitec Bank Ltd is seeking an experienced Account Analyst to join their team in Sandton.
Purpose Statement
The successful candidate will support the day-to-day running and maintenance of portfolios by providing a central office-bound contact point for customer service queries/requests, administration assistance, and value-adding opportunities.
Responsibilities
- Monitor loan facilities in the portfolio daily
- Identify cross-selling opportunities
- Provide administration assistance
Requirements
Experience: At least 5 years, with 1 year in Business Banking
Qualifications: Diploma in Commerce or Banking (Minimum); Bachelor’s Degree in Banking or Commerce (Ideal)
Skills and Knowledge
Minimum: Understanding of Business Banking operations, credit principles, and FICA
Ideal: Competitor product offerings, Capitec/Business Bank systems, and processes
