National Off-Site Stock Administrator (Pretoria)

Are you a highly organized and detail-oriented individual with a passion for managing inventory? Bursaries Room is excited to share an excellent opportunity for a National Off-Site Stock Administrator to join our client’s team in Pretoria!

In this key role, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing all inventory across various resorts. Your primary focus will be to ensure that all stock control processes are accurate and efficient. This includes maintaining precise inventory records, performing regular audits, and collaborating closely with resort managers to optimize stock levels. Your efforts will be crucial in supporting seamless operations and significantly enhancing overall inventory management.

What You’ll Do (Key Responsibilities)

Manage Stock Systems (Oracle & Hotel Time Vento)

  • Approve and create internal purchase requisitions.
  • Generate credit purchase orders.
  • Issue Goods Received Vouchers.
  • Produce and analyze critical stock system reports for both external suppliers and internal procurement processes for Le Fera Commercial & Resort Share block.

General Inventory Management

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date inventory records for all resorts.
  • Analyze inventory data to identify trends, discrepancies, and areas for improvement.
  • Generate detailed inventory reports and present findings to senior management.
  • Assist in developing and implementing initiatives to reduce inventory.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations related to stock management.
  • Provide training and support to staff on inventory management systems and procedures.

Who We’re Looking For (Requirements)

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Proficient in inventory management software and Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, etc.).
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
  • Exceptional attention to detail and organizational skills.
