

Relationship Manager
Purpose Statement
The Relationship Manager is responsible for achieving agreed monthly sales targets in CRF by value and number of applications through an established supplier/business partner network.
The successful candidate will grow the supplier portfolio through successful identification and onboarding of new quality suppliers to increase application activity, control and manage incoming applications and maintain service delivery standards to suppliers and business partners.
Experience
The ideal candidate will have:
- Remote/distance relationship management experience
- Proven experience of selling, including negotiating and closing deals
- Experience of managing new relationships/clients value chain; onboarding end to end
- Supplier management experience
- Analysing financial statements experience
- Processing applications experience
- Experience of the rental market, especially Specialised Equipment, Medical and Solar
Ideal candidates will have at least 5 years of general rental finance experience and relationship building.
Qualifications
Minimum: Higher Certificate in Finance or Business Administration
Ideal: National Diploma in Finance or Business Administration
Knowledge
The successful candidate will have:
- Understanding of the current market and industry to identify possible new opportunities
- Understanding of rental finance and related products
- Discounting process knowledge
- Understanding of the Specialised Industry environments and needs
Skills
The ideal candidate will have excellent Communications Skills.
Conditions of Employment
