Job Description
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented temporary team member to assist with data capturing, data analysis, and general administrative tasks over a fixed period. This position is ideal for someone who is efficient, organized, and comfortable with working in a fast-paced office environment.
Key Responsibilities
Accurately capture, clean, and manage data
Conduct basic data analysis and compile reports
Perform general administrative and office duties as needed
Communicate effectively with internal teams
Maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information professionally
Requirements
Proficient in both Afrikaans and English (written and spoken)
Non-smoker
Must have own reliable transport
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, especially:
Excel (intermediate to advanced level)
Word
Outlook
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Able to work independently and meet deadlines
