Layout Design Specialist
Capitec Bank Ltd is seeking an experienced Layout Design Specialist to join their team in Stellenbosch.
Purpose Statement
The successful candidate will be responsible for space planning and design of floor layouts for new and upgraded branches, including off-site cash devices. This will involve liaison with suppliers, contractors, and other stakeholders.
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- 2 years’ experience in architectural design and construction
- Experience in shopfitting and retail design
- A relevant tertiary qualification in Draughting or Architectural Technology
- Strong knowledge of building and construction methods, materials, and regulations
- Excellent computer literacy, communication, project management, and interpersonal skills
Conditions of Employment
A valid driver’s license and own vehicle are required, as well as a clear criminal and credit record.
